Pratheeksha Ravindra Naik is a dynamic Software Developer with a passion for problem-solving through building innovative services. With 4.53 years of relevant experience, she has honed her skills in various programming languages, including Java, Swift, and iOS. Pratheeksha's journey into software development began as a curious little girl who marveled at how software worked. Her curiosity led her to pursue a career in software development, where she has since built a successful career. She has worked with IntraGrain Technologies as a Software Developer and MemoryKPR as a User Interface Designer, where she helped build a prototype for the look and feel of the product. Pratheeksha's academic background is in Computer Science, having completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BNM Institute of Technology, Bangalore. She also attended Venkat International Public School. Pratheeksha is a co-founder of CraveIt and PartyWise, which she started while pursuing her Master's Degree in Canada. CraveIt is a part of Co.Labs' COHORT 7, where she is currently a Graduate in the Co.Launch Program. Through this program, she has learned what it takes to start a product-based company as an early-stage co-founder. She has also gained valuable experience in market validation, business model evaluation, and finding the right market for the product. Pratheeksha is an active member of Toastmasters International, where she has honed her leadership and communication skills. She believes in the power of "We and Us" over "I and Me" and has applied this philosophy to her work and personal life. Pratheeksha's tech stack includes software engineering, web development, iOS development, Java, Swift, and design. She is always eager to learn and level up, knowing that there is always more to discover in the professional world.
